"From Chaos to Serenity"

March 4, Friday, 6-9 p.m., Reception for artist Betty O’Hare’s exhibition, "From Chaos to Serenity." This exhibit features mixed media sculptures related to modern addictions and disorders as well as abstract paintings that speak of peace. Sunday, March 6, 2-p.m., a conversation with the artist will take place.

An article on O'Hare appears in the March 15 issue of Chico's new Inside/Out magazine. O'Hare was interviewed by Pat Collentine on his and Susan Larsen's "Sonic View" program on KZFR on Tuesday, March 1. And do listen to Kay Grace's interview of the artist during KCHO's "Saturday Showcase" Saturday March 5, following the opera. An article by Christine LaPado on the artist and this exhibit at Avenue 9 Gallery will appear in the March 9 issue of CN&R.
