A long-time Chico resident, Lois Perkins has been teaching and exhibiting in California for many years following her M.A. in art from UC Davis. Her professional experience includes freelance graphic design work, illustration, and cartography. Plein air painting is one of her many art loves. Lois draws particular inspiration from the mundane and loves to see the effects of light and time on the landscape.
