ORENE OWEN
My fiber art has drawn inspiration from cave paintings, Australian aboriginal art, and Native American petroglyphs. I love to create harmony through the contrast of soft and hard materials and light and dark value contrasts. I also draw artistic nourishment from where I live, Forest Ranch. The lilies and other flowers of my garden, and the many trees around my house nurture my artistic imagination.
